Design & Quote

Business Days 1–3

• A request is submitted.
• Any items — such as stones, sketches, and CAD files — are sent in.
• Resin samples are processed and sent if requested.
• Design edits are discussed and provided.
• A quote is issued and approved for production.

Production

Business Days 8–10

• Pieces are created using the appropriate manufacturing method.
• Stones are set if requested.
• Updates are provided throughout the journey.
• Final touches and polishing are applied to the order.

Completion

• A tracking number is created for the order as it leaves the building.
• The order is shipped with rapid delivery.
• Receive your beautiful custom piece.
